Session Description:
We usually think if we buy the best technology, we will have the best results. We rely on our staff or others to make our offices “great” We have no training policies or strategy in our endodontic organization, we get tired of training staff and we “expect” them to know what to do. We usually get frustrated with the end result and start to build a stressful ambient. In the long run we will have a toxic environment with burnout staff, doctors, and a big turnover.
